Space for Everyone

We have two properties  close to the historic village of Alcover, famous for its Romanesque church left in ruins during the civil war, its waterfalls, convent and several very good restaurants

One small holiday cottage situated amongst 14 hectares of Registered Organic Almond and Olive groves in the Municipality of L’Albiol and a larger property on the edge of the Village of Alcover perfect for groups.

These are just some of the things that we do to achieve this.

Water

Water at Mas de Sans is all natural, untreated and fresh from our own well.  The swimming pool is fed from its' own spring always fresh in every sense of the word and refreshingly cool in the hottest months of July and August.

Power & Heating

Mas de Sans primary source of heating comes from Solar Panels and then backed up from a wood burning stove using pruned branches from the trees and then lastly renewable energy from the grid.

Hot Water

Mas Rosich gets its' hot water from solar energy and Electricity from Respira, local supplier of renewable energy from Wind Farms and Solar power.
